Quality and safety

Our pasta factory undergoes periodic sanitation treatments. Air purification processes and room sanitisation follow the entire production process. All personnel, both internal and external, must observe very strict rules regarding behaviour and clothing, in order to preserve the healthiness of the environment and products. These rules, along with others, are set out in the HACCP manual drawn up in accordance with Regulation 852/2004 and Codex Alimentarius and are available to every operator.

Our company boasts BRC GLOBAL STANDARD certification: The British Retail Consortium is a global standard recognised worldwide in the field of food safety. This certifies that the production site meets all the necessary standards to guarantee consumers a safe and quality product.

Pasta Gustosa is organic! This certification is a guarantee that factory, suppliers, manufacturing process and finished product meet the requirements of organic production.

Finally: we use no additives, colourings, preservatives... and no ingredients of animal origin, in full compliance with Kosher standards.

We created the Pasta Gustosa brand with the aim of offering our customers a healthy, natural and versatile product. We produce an innovative product that goes beyond the gluten-free niche: in fact, our recipes are naturally rich in protein, fiber, superfoods...as well as organic!
